CAMP AREV is located in the Frazier Park and Pinon Pines near the Pyramid and Castaic Lakes, approximately 70 miles away from Los Angeles.

Participation Fee:

Included in the fee;
- Costs of accommodation and program implementation,
- Laundry cost,
- Bus costs from Los Angeles to the campsite and back to Los Angeles,
- Cost of field trips and workshops,
- Complete insurance coverage for incidents and damage expenses.
Not included in the fee;
- Travel ticket insurance costs (if any). If the trip is canceled, the participant is obliged to assume all other expenses. Therefore, it is highly recommended that the participants take insurance against deletion, as well as against the loss and theft of the suitcase,
- Service charges for accompanying minors if arriving by air,
- Travel permit (visa) expenses at the requested tax,
- Individual health insurance costs, including post-return fees (MANDATORY),
- Individual and personal liability insurance costs (MANDATORY),
- Pocket money (this one is NOT MANDATORY!),
- Costs related to money exchange and PayPal transfers.
FAQ
Yes, a minor child can travel alone. The minimum age for unaccompanied minors varies, and it is determined by the individual airlines.
In accordance with the flight schedules and arrival times, Zarmanazan staff will be available at LAX airport to welcome participants. Transportation to the place of residence is only available within the specified hours. In the event of delayed arrivals or departures, our staff will ensure that participants are accompanied by our designated friends until their arrival.
The camp adheres to a unique approach to time, with meticulously organized days. Joining the program late or departing before its conclusion is not feasible.
Upon arrival at the cam psite, participants are required to surrender all electronic devices to the Zarmanazan’s management. Communication is facilitated through written correspondence or mail. Specific dates will be designated for phone conversations with participants, providing an opportunity to engage during those scheduled times if desired.

By PayPal or bank transfer. Transfer or wire expenses are paid by the participants.
Yes, the participation fee can be paid in three installments. The first payment serves as confirmation of your participation. Failure to make the initial payment on time may result in the inability to secure your place.
If you decide to cancel, you will be charged a fee of 50 USD.
During the stay, both allergies and various dietary preferences (including vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) are carefully considered and accommodated.
It is essential to communicate all medical conditions of the participant to the Zarmanazan staff.
The camp’s duration and participation commence when the participant is welcomed at the designated meeting place, airport, or train station. To ensure equal conditions for all participants, we are unable to permit a parent or relative to accompany the participant to the residence.
Bringing money is not necessary as all expenses are covered by the camp. Participants have the flexibility to determine their desired amount of pocket money; for instance, 50 US dollars is a suggested amount. Please note that pocket money should be in US dollars.
